I have written poetry as long as I can remember. I recently published my second collection a few months back and was wondering what type of poetry do you like?

I like different kinds of poetry. Some of the poems I read are dark or serious, others are funny. My own poems are a mixture of different things. Some are rhymed some are not. I write new age poems, serious poems, poems about my work and funny, "meaningless" poems. I like poems with a twist in the end, I also like to experiment and to turn things "upside down".

I have written poetry all of my life. Some of it is sad. Some of it is thought-provoking. Some of it is inspirational. And some of it is even funny! But I have only recently started thinking that maybe I could actually make some money off of it! I am only recently trying to figure out how to start and where to go with that!

I suggest gathering all of your work in one place.Going through it maybe coming up with an ideal for a title if you would like to publish a book of your writings. Lulu.com is a good site also try createspace.com

In my opinion createspace is "cheaper" and I mean that in a good way. If you would publish a book and want to buy it in bulk its alot less money out of your pocket. Both of these sites are free to join and use however.

I write at least something, even if it's only posting, every day of my life except when I was in the hospital. Soon I'll even be able to write there once I get a laptop although I hope not to go back soon. I mainly write about politics and social justice issues. I don't much get off on sunsets or other typical poetry things, but that's just me.

I like a lot of different types of poetry. I prefer stuff that is serious and either well rhymed or without rhyme. I tend to write loose and free form poetry. I am also one who loves to write dark poetry.

i am still a new bee in terms in writing poetry since i started making one i only have around 16. which in many times i go back to my old poems and re-write them and polish them if i saw something that needs to be redone. last month some of them were published already in triond. i usually write in free verse, nothing fancy at all and all i wanted is to just freely express what's in my head and let it out. most of what i have made are sad stories, only a few that has a happy ending and some has twists in the end.

Yes, I write poetry. I think it depends on what kind of mood I am in as to what type I like or write.
