What would you do?My fiance has a 9 month old daughter with his ex. His ex lives in the town he lives in. I live an hour and a half away from him, and get to see him on the weekends. His ex has now told him that as long as he continues to see me, that he can't take his daughter anymore. (Because she wants to get back with him, and he wants to be with me!). He's not paying any court ordered child support, but buys her diapers and clothes almost every week. When he comes to my town on the weekends to spend time with me and my daughter, his ex calls here almost every hour. When I answer the phone she ALWAYS says she needs to talk to Donnie about his daughter. But, then during the conversation she hardly ever talks about his daughter. He's getting tired of her doing this, but doesn't know how to react, because of his daughter. I am fine with her calling when it actually has to do with his daughter, but not just to cause problems and make him feel like crap, and make me feel like she's trying to pull us apart. I am confident in this relationship, and I know he isn't going anywhere, but I still can't help but to feel a little upset. What would you do? What should I do?

He needs to be the one to put his foot down. If he really wants to be with you, he needs to tell his ex to lay off. If she denies him the right to see his child, he can take her to court over it.

unfortunatly he may just have to bite the bullet and take her to court. I know he would then have to pay court ordered child support, but I dont see any judge not giving him his right to see his baby. As far as the ex goes, he will never be able to get away from her since he had a baby with her but if he gets some of his rights established, she at least can no longer use his daughter against him.

i would tell him is she does, then try to take it to court. thats pretty selfish of the mother though.
