I think you should take a formal lesson to learn playing the piano. I took some basic lessons when I was pregnant. I have learned how to read notes (very slowly...). But since I gave birth I haven't been able to practice what I learned. Now, I don't remember the lessons I took anymore. Maybe you can also try downloading tutorials from the net. I've been meaning to do this but I can't seem to find the time with the baby and all.
