who do you usually run to for problems?

I seek the Lord in prayer when I have problems. I don't usually talk to people about my personal problems. It would make the situation worst. Not all of them can give you solutions even your best friends can not usually give the best solution that you would want to have, the truth is, they would just make it hard for you by telling it to other people. I don't like that my woes will be publicize. That is the reason I just keep it to myself and pray to the Lord for help and guidance. He is the only one who can direct us of what to do to solve our problems.

My therapist lol. He gives me honest feedback and it's not always what I want to hear. But giving him all the facts, yes everything even if I'm wrong he gives me the best advice. I value his opinion because he is a professional and because I know when I'm wrong he will tell me. He is the one person I can tell everything to and I know it's private. Everyone needs someone they trust to talk to about any problems going on in their lives. And the best part I know it won't be repeated.

I turn to my husband if I need advice or a shoulder because I love him, trust him and he makes me feel better. Most of the time I deal with life's challanges outside of our home myself since I don't like bringing work issues home with me.
