Before They Were Famous

Years ago I saw the movie A Far Off Place, which starred a then very young Reese Witherspoon. I still remember how great a movie that was. And I thought then how unusually beautiful she was. So it was nice to see as she got older, she became cast in more and more movies, most of them of very good quality. But I remember A Far Off Place, and it has to be the favorite of all the movies I have seen of hers. Are there any movies you remember seeing of stars today, that were movies made before they hit it big?

Brad Pitt in Thelma and Louise... first time i saw him in that movie... i thought he looked like a greek god... and after a decade... he portrayed the role of Achilles, greatest greek warrior in Greek Mythology, in the movie Troy... i so love looking at him...

I saw that movie, too, a long time ago. I think about that movie, on occasion, when I see her in movie news or in another movie. I still remember how well she performed in that one. I would like to have it in my movie collection, but I never see it anywhere. I'll have to look for it on the internet sometime and buy it.

Tom Cruise in risky business. It's hard to believe him dancing around in his underwear made him such a big star. He was really cute in that movie though.
