Finally in love

I did not like my husband when I first met him. But after having gotten married, divorced, remarried and almost breakin up again, did I realize that I loved him so much that he was actually a part of me. Now it would have been nice if we didn't go through the problems we went through. But I would just like to say, you know when you are in love is when the other person becomes a part of you. For me that took a long time. So how long did it take for you to know when your spouse, partner, became a part of you?

Sometimes we do experience loved when we have gone through rough times with the one we love. In your case that has happened to you that your realization came upon when things went rough with your partner. Well I guess there are lots of ways we can test how much we love our partners and only after certain points in life do we realized how much important that person is to our lives. Good for you that you still have him before it came to you too late.

i haven't married yet, so can't answer your question correctly. it is ture that we don't know what we've got until we lost it, but it's also ture that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. when the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us.
