What are your views on the IRA? Do you think they are terrorists for some of the acts committed (bombs, innocents killed)? Or do you think them noble for trying to make Ireland whole again with out the British rule in the North?

I don't think the IRA are terrorists. I agree with the idea of Ireland SHOULD be ran by the Irish and NOT the British. I think Ireland should still be apart of the British Isles but ran by the Irish, sort of like how Puerto Rico and the US are, where they have the same rights and what not but ran by there people.

Ireland is run by the Irish. And as I understand it, Puerto Rico is an American colony - why would anyone in either Ulster or the Republic want a relationship like that when they've already got something better?

The IRA are straight out gangsters and terrorists. They haven't had any legitimacy since the Irish Republic was founded. Ulster is historically a separate country and chose - democratically - to remain in the UK. The IRA wouldn't accept that and triggered the Irish Civil War. Since losing that war, they've spent the last few decades degenerating into a squalid bunch of protection racketeers preying mostly on Catholics, with a political branch that promotes a kind of watered down national socialism.
