which do you like grilled or fried chicken salad?

I like the grilled if it has a good seasoning on the outside. I have tried to season it myself but didn't like what I bought. I have had both.....and if I am not sure about the seasonings on the grilled meat I get the deep fat fried kind.

i love the grilled chicken more..i think it is juicer than the fried ones...hmmmjust a thought i am getting out of reasn lols

I prefer grilled chicken since it is more healthy than fried.

I think that grilled is much better for salads, although I think that burger king has fried chicken on their salads and I am not sure if there is another option besides just fried. I suppose it also depends on where you get the salad or if you make it yourself. I myself love the salads from Wendy's especially the chicken BLT as I love the way the chicken tastes and the salad is also very delicious! Mmm, I'm actually craving one right now! Grilled chicken for me.

Never had either so i dont know but if i did i would probably say grilled just cuz i heard it was less fatting LOL im a diet person so i dont like many fatty food unless im like depressed or something...
