i was just wondering..i personally love bicycling.i can bike for a good lengthy period duration at a good intensity but i've always seemed to struggle in comparison when it comes to jogging...i seem to alwys wind up gasping away like i have asthma, and i usually cramp right up as well.i get those things they call side stitches when i try to jog more than half a mile or so. as for rollerblading, well,i tried it a good number of times back in the day but i could just never get good at it.i always had to keep my body leaning forward to keep my balance and if i tried blading like the good proficiently skilled bladers,i'd just fall right on my butt.so,...basically my back would just wind up getting really tired from leaning myself forward trying to keep my balance.i'd be pretty much wiped up within 20 minutes or so.all the fatigue would be in my lower back of course. with bicycling,i can keep going and going and i seem to have good stamina or i also incorporate bike sprints quite a bit as well.i stand up on the bike and really let loose.the feeling is basically equivelant to doing running sprints.i breathe really hard for a short while during the sprint,i gas out after maybe 15-20 seconds, and then i breathe hard for another 20-30 seconds after the bike sprint.i really like bicycling because it is a combination of fun, especially when going downhills, cardio exercise, and good for building the hamstrings especially when you incorporate the bike sprints.i like to ride all around town and it just feels exhilirating and satisfying.like i spent my time doing a good postive attitude based activity.

Definitely cycling. I like to do that for getting places quickly. But if I have time I like walking. Then I don't have to worry about the bicycle being stolen.

Thanks. And remember Superman would never steal, so your bike is safe. He doesn't need it, it's a lot faster to fly and he gets plenty of exercise anyway. LOL
