Advice to the My Homepage Friends Members

Hi Myloters,
I have seen a post here before complaining about My Homepage friends website because her account was canceled after reaching the minimum amount.
First: Read the messages they sent to you everyday and make sure you understand theme.
Second: Take note of the paragraph that says "our normal members make $50 a year". If you divided this amount in a year of how many searches you have to do to reach this, make sure you will not go over that much of how much they say.
The person post the complain about this she was making searches for 20-30 a day which is obviously not normal. What they are looking for are people who will use this services just like how you use yahoo and google.
My advice is, do not take this site seriously as money making site instead take it as at the end of the year I will have $60-$80 in my account to be transfered. Thats what I am doing and my account so far is doing well. I only make few searches in a day sometimes just five or the highest is ten.

Sometimes for projects and all I have to do like 100 searches within the space of an hour or two. I always almost use the results and they are genuine searches.
If I join the site and one day do like 100 searches then will I get banned?
Also... If I do like 20-30 genuine searches... then will I get paid and how much?

Hello Gamerwestside, I have to say that I haven't accumulate the minumum 6500 points therefore I couldn't cash out so far, but I can say that over the internet people talk pretty well about Scour, (I must to say I like Scour more than hompages friends, cause allows you to get simultaneously searches risults.

sometimes ago i joined that site and then deleted my account,i saw there that if i want i can search 1000 in a day....is there any limit? like homepage friends only 10to 5 search daily..is it like that..or i can do unlimited search what ever i wish????

On average I make around 30 searches per day and each of these searches are genuine, though My Homepage Friends don't seem to think so. Two days in a row they have sent me an email saying that the type of traffic I am attracting is in breach of their terms & conditions (whatever that means!). I have tried emailing them back to find out exactly what the problem is and how I can avoid it, but none of my emails are received by their address, they always come bouncing back. I have been very careful using this scheme, but everything I've read so far suggests that EVERYBODY who uses the scheme is banned before they actually reach payout. It seems to be like this is just another scam and even if it isn't, it seems like a total waste of time. I am hugely disappointed with them.

The email address was full a day or so back because Customer Services (Julie - only one person!) was sick. I have mailed them successfully since. If mails are still bouncing, try helpdesk@...
Always include your User ID in the Subject line or at the top of the Mail. They won't answer queries that don't include your user ID.

Thanks for your reply, I will try that. What really annoyed me though was that I received the first email yesterday so I haven't used the service since. Yet I had another email today accusing me of doing the very same thing when I haven't even used the service since!

Myhomepagefriends should make it much clearer that they only want you to make about 10 searches a day and they should state this clearly everywhere on their site, BUT THEY DON'T. They tell you that you must make your 'normal' searches as you would do at any other search engine, but what is normal to one person is not normal to another. I surf the net for about 10 hours every day and I thought I could use Myhomepage friends throughout the day. But as you can imagine in a 10 hour day of surfing I could make an average of 30-50 searches for the day. THERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE TOO AMBIGUOUS. The problem with this site is that they want many people to sign up so they wont tell you in an obvious and clear way that you can only do 10 searches a day...they hide such facts away in their AMBIGOUS terms and conditions. MYHOMEPAGEFRIENDS CLEAN UP YOUR ACT IF YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY OTHERWISE MORE AND MORE PEOPLE WILL BE POSTING NEGATIVE MESSAGES ABOUT YOU ALL OVER THE INTERNET!!!!

You can make big money from theme and even reach the minimum pay out of $20 Euro in a month but means that you need to have a lot of referral. You can make more than 10 searches a day just make sure that your searches is valid and look real.
