Can we have dry friuts daily?

heard that dry fruits are rich in nutrients and calories as is it good to have dry fruits like dates,figs etc daily...since they are rich in calories, will they add weight to us...

The only cautions I can think of against dried fruit would be to drinkk plenty of purified water, and also take care that harmful chemicals were not added to the fruit in the drying process. Fresh fruit may be best but dried fruit can be quite nutritious and I wouldn't worry about weight gain in connection to eating those in moderation. They are certainly better than white bread and fried foods and things sweetened with artificial or commercially processed sweeteners.
