How Many Glasses of Water Do You Finish in a Day?

Water is the source of energy. We all need water despite of all the alternative drinks that are already available in the market. H20 soothes our thirst, makes our blood flow properly and it does give us some nutrients and minerals that is good for our body. Each day we live, we do need water like oxygen. You? How do you treat your health? Do you drink lots of water everyday? Or you just make it a point to drink a glass or two because you already drank sodas or juices? How many glasses do you think we should drink averagely in a day?

as for me, i make it a point to drink more than 8glasses of water a day. it not only cleanses our body, but also gives us energy. i am also fond of drinking iced tea, but not sodas. i hate the feeling of burping even if you're not full when drinking sodas.. lol.

i drink around 1 liter of water. I know u would be surprised. Now i think i really need to change my water drinking habits coz i was told that water gives you the maximum energy than any other form of food to make you pull through the day. How about u ? How much is your water intake ???

Normally we always need to consume 8 to 10 glasses a day. But myself sometimes i can consume 8 glasses to 10 but sometimes not lol..maybe 6 or 7 glasses only..Yes that include juices and sodas. If you can consume 8 glasses of water alone then much better. There no harm anyway if we drink more of the water required.

Hi, I know that water is good for our body and that we should take at least 8 glasses a day. But I always have the tendency to get too preoccupied with I am doing to even think of drinking water or to want to be interrupted by having to stand up and get some water. I think I should exert more effort on that. I think I only get to drink 4 to 5 glasses a day. I am living on a tight budget so I don't usually drink juices and I don't like drinking soda

I think I only consumed about 3 to 4 glasses a day, that once in the morning, once during lunch and 1 or 2 during dinner. I know, we need to drink at least 8 glasses but i just feel that drinking distilled water do not make a difference because the more i drink the more frequent i have to go the bathroom which is hassle if you're doing something. Hello! The human body is 50% to 75% water,depending on a person's age.Water helps regulate and maintain body temperature.Water transports nutrients and oxygen and removes waste products and toxins.It moistens and lubricates our mouth,eyes,nose,hair,skin,joints and digestive tract.In the process we loss some water everyday and that needs to be adequately compensated.If your body does not get enough water you risk dehydration,elevated body temperature,fatigue,decrease mental and physical performance and heat related diseases.So we are advised by the physicians and dietitians to drink as much as two to three liters of water daily.I drink only six to eight glasses of water daily to stay fit. thanx.
