What made a guy cried?

Yesterday my boyfriend gave me a call... I heard he cried, he told me that these several month he felt like living in HELL!!!He said if he dies, everything will settle...Actually, few month ago he had been chosen to be a chief. He been force, that department was so active almost every week got activities and program. Since he still a student and taking some part time job, his life became so fixed. He don't got time to study and even don't got time to sleeps. He fail every quiz and test not because of he lazy but cause of don't got time to study.
I knew that there is not easy to make a guy cry and especially before his girlfriend, me. He was nice, everybody believe in him that why everybody count him and let him handle a lot of job. But non of them know he was suffering!
I dont know what should i do to console him, i hope mylotter got some idea to release tension. I afraid he say he wanna kill himself again.Please...help me.

You need to help him organize his time and maybe drop the chief activity. There's only so much a person can do and his education should be the first priority.
Please tell him that he might feel like killing himself but there is hope, he just has to take control of his life and you will help him. Nobody can do it all, and he can't either! I hope it gets better.

Of course his education should be the first priority but he can't drop any single chief activity(cause of certain reason he can't do so...)I just can be his listener only.
