interesting topic. Perhaps there are various situations for different people. I have picked up several approaches to maintaining good weight from others: 1. Calorie Count - some rely on making sure that the daily calorie intake matches the daily calorie burned from physical activities. 2. Finding interesting work - It seems people who are stressed with their work will tend to overeat to compensate. This seems to result in overweight. By having comfort in one's work, it seems a lot easier to stay away from over-eating. Comments please :) Cheers
