Post Pregnancy

Hello! My baby is now 7 months old but I still have big belly caused from my pregnancy. I still have to lose 25 pounds to get back to my normal weight I have before. I am on a diet now and been working out but nothing seems to change... can you give me advice? Thanks mommies!

Wow!! My baby is 5 months now and I still have little rolls on my sides toward the back and a little stomach. I have tried brisk walking 20 minutes or more a day. If you have a jogger stroller maybe you can go for a run sometimes. Make sure to invite a friend and stay away from fatty dishes. That was my fault after I had my son I just started eating and eating and the pounds just jumped on me. Another thing is don't sit home all day. Im not saying that you are,but get out almost everyday because staying home makes you BIG!! There's nothing to do but eat sleep, cook, clean, change a few diapers and before you know the weight is going no where. Try eating lite foods or talk to a nutritionist about what foods you can eat and feel full. I hope this helps because I konw what It feels like to wanna be the way you was the first time. Good Luck. Thank you. Yeah I do run sometimes on and off and I don't really eat too much. I guess I just don't have enough patience. I will take your advice. Good luck to us.

It takes some time to shed off those extra pounds due to a pregnancy. Don't feel bad. I had my last son at thirty five. It was harder to lose the baby fat. It took more than a few years for me to take off the belly. I think that good exercise like walking,drinking a lot of water and watching how much you eat will help you in the long run. If you are an energetic woman than the weight will probably come off faster. Good luck!
