I am planning on getting started on my English Muffins here in a little bit. I am going to make cinnamon raisin this time. I have made them plain, with dried cranberries, and with sun dried tomatoes and basil before. They have all turned out well. What kind of English Muffins do you like?

Wow, I love English muffins, but didn't ever think about them with these ingredients. I saw a recipe for them a while back, but never got around to trying to make them - they didn't look too hard. Now that I see the kind that you are making, I'm thinking herb English muffins would be a good idea with rosemary or thyme in them or maybe a combination. How much breakfast would be with something like this to look forward to. Please let us know how they come out.

I have fresh sage, thyme, basil, and oregano that I can use. So far Basil is the only one I have tried. They always come out really good and they are not really that hard to make. It is just time consuming because mine calls for letting it rise 3 times.

They came out good. I shared some of them and I got nothing but good reviews on them. I might use a little more cinnamon next time though.

Yes, they are really good when you make them fresh. I eat mine hot right out of the pan.
