what will do women after rape....

Actually I have one of my friend who has been raped by one of her own colleague...he called her to his house for some office matters and he raped her...but i could never ask her how is she feeling because i thought she will feel bad...after that incident she left to france and came back after one year...its been one year over that incident happend and now she is completely recovered from that...and shes happily living...I have never asked about how could she withstand that matter...if I was in her place I would go and die...Im not that strong to withstand...

After this incident there are many ways that one can handle it. You can go to the police and have the rape kit done and have it piled up with the thousands of other kits. Then wait until the perpetrator is caught. I guess its good to have it there incase there is another person raped by the same person. They usually are repeat offenders. Or if it is not a random rape, but a date rape you can either do all the above and name your assultant or you can go to counceling and heal your innerself since the agony of repeating it to others and having your name run through the mud would be worse. One thing that I like to recommend to other ladies is to not let this situation take you. Dont go places alone, dont meet men alone, even if you know him. And always always always be watching all around you and if someone looks suspicios go away far or get ready to fight and kick his butt.

the first she might want to do is take a shower, DON"T. call the police and then they will take her for a rape kit. where they exam her and collect dna from the jerk. then they run it through the data base. then sike therpty to help to deal with it. but i feel for females they have way worst then us guys. when you are out look around, know what and who's around. keep your car keys out and carry them between your fingers so if needed stab the sorry jerk in the eyes. if you got to kick a guy between the legs aim your foot upwards, go for the eyes, or thoat as well. yell and yell as lound as you can. guys that does this isn't men, they are animal and if this happen to you i am so sorry you had to go through this.

uhmmm, i think they should go to the hospital first, so that immediate action can be done... then she should call someone she trust, like her family or friends, so that she could find someone to comfort her after that, if she has recovered long enough, she must see a psychiatrist or a counselor so that she can escapr the traumatic experience and be happy about her life.. she should also enroll to some martial-arts self-defense class in case of emergency...
