well let me tell you if you dont smoke dont start, ive been smoking for many of years and i wish i never started at all. and if you want to smoke because of your friends does, wrong.. dont start just because of that reason, i am in my 40's and ive been told i need to stop smoking i have resprected lung issues and have 2 spots on my lungs too

oh its not just you all, it other as well. i used to react to fast on things too, but being open minded about learning new ways with dealing with things as well as people is the key.
