my work entails me to encode numbers and yesterday i was running against the deadline and encoding alot of number was so tedious because i am using my laptop that i decided to buy one for myself and i am super excited to use it since it will cut down the number of minutes by almost 4 times. how about you? do you buy laptop accessories like this too?

I'd like to get one. It's really going to make things easier, especially when I play Whack-A-Ghost on neopets LOL!!!! I don't really like the NumLock feature on my laptop. I'd like the numbers arranged in straight lines please!

All of my keyboards already have a numeric keypad as that is one of the features I demand, however, the one that came with my computer was hard to see, so I bought another one that is backlit with pretty blue LEDS and I don't use the lights on all the time, but there is an on/off button for when the backlighting is needed. Yes, I bought the little USB light, too. I love things like that, but usually do wait until I find them marked down in a scratch and dent bin. Not always, though!
