Hello friends!
I just login to my homepages friends account and voila! A new notification, I see (as Yoda speaks it).
They made a system upgrade mainly because of the many tens of millions of searches they process everyday. I believe they should have upgraded earlier, just think of the number of homepages friends current members. It's a good news anyway.
Plus, the earnings summary page has changed! It's a lot more simple and informative compared than the old one, which load very slow. The new earnings page shows if you have achieved payout for the next cycle. It also shows your referral earnings added to your own earnings. That is what I want to see before! And note, they have changed their payout cycle range.

Well, that's explainable due to the increasing number of members.
Finally, the sweetest of them all, you now know the date when you will be paid and how much they will pay you. My account tells me that I have Payment due between 15-30 September 2008 for searches before 1 August 2008: £31.86 I hope this will happen! I just have to wait until the 30th then.

That's really great, but I had more than L30 at the end of July and it says those that have reached before 1 Aug should be paid between 15-30 September.
Today is the 28th so we'll see. I'd love for it to come through for me as I really need the money, but I'll believe it when I see it.
In the meantime, I'm using a different search site that pays in points that count towards gift cards. If homepages friends does pay up, I'll go back to using that more often.

Normally I search 20 - 30 words everyday from work, blogging and hobbies. Sometimes I reach more than 50 when there are things which needed careful research, which rarely happens. Also, sometimes I search less than 10 or none at all.
My advice to you is do your searches normally as you would do it. Or maybe you can set a minimum everyday say 30 searches. But don't overdo it. I heard before there were some people whose account was canceled or their earnings removed because of too much searching. I once read here in myLot someone searching more than 150 searches and boom!, her earnings were removed. So be careful and do it normally or it will be your lost.

I saw that notification as well. I noticed lately that they keep deleting and adding earnings...drives me wacko because one day one has made it over the min payment finally and then today..they deleted about 5 dollars worth.
They still have yet to pay me for reaching minimum payout in july and its no longer September in the UK. Startig to think that other blogs I've read about them paying occasionally to reel people in but then dont pay the rest.
