Today is my 1 year wedding anniversary!

My husband and I have been married for one year today. Do you have a significant other? If so, how long have you been together and/or married? Any tips or advice you want to share?

Congratulations! How are you going to celebrate? A nice dinner out or a romantic dinner at home? We have been married for 26 years! Just remember to be patient and treat him as you would want to be treated!

Thank you! We are having a romantic dinner at home. Congrats on 26 years! I am a pretty patient person, but I think that's definitely something I can work on.

Congratulations on your Marriage, and wishing you many more yrs. of Happiness together. My husband and I have been Married just a little over 9 1/2 yrs. For the most part, it has been wonderful and I would not trade it for all the money in the world. What I have found that helps our Marriage is being there for each other no matter what you're going thru and offering Love and support to all. Also being willing to talk and share when you feel there are things you need to work on. Also for us what is very important since we are Christians is Prayer. When facing any situation of the unknown a belief in god, and Prayer to help get you thru will never hurt as well.

A belated Congrats on your anniversary! I don't have an significan other...been divorced longer then most have been married! LOL So I don't have any advice! But best wishes for you and your hubby!

congrats! you must be ecstatic! my wife and i have been married for 5 years but it does not seem like that. it feels like 20 years. i thought woman got married in white cos that is the colour of kitchen appliances. but she only cooks 6 times a week!! any tips? laugh a lot, argue a little and make up with imagination! have fun!

Congrats! I was married for 10 years, though we're now separated. Advice? Communication and Honesty! Those are two of the most important things there are in a relation ship, those and a healthy amount of understanding and compassion! Congrats again. I hope you had a wonderful day. Remember to do something special all week!!

Happy Anniversary! :) My hubby and I have been married for just over a year and a half now, and we are more in love than ever! Advice? Find something to celebrate OFTEN - nothing kindles romance and affection like celebrating the little things in life. We just celebrated our 18 month anniversary! And on October 14th, I am going to surprise him with something fun, to celebrate two years since he asked me to marry him!
