clixmx and buxout. Genuine PTC's or scam?

I've recently joined the two PTC's named clixmx and buxout. With all the scams doing rounds around the net, I was wondering if anyone has ever been paid by either of the sites. I couldn't find any payment proofs too. Can anyone tell me whether these sites are paying or not? Thanks in advance.

ClixMX tells you the date you are going to receive the money. And they paid me in the announced date! You can't go wrong with that one. Buxout does instant payments. But i didn't reach cashout.

I have heard of these two sites but did not join them. the bux sites take forever to make payouts. Some of them take a long time to earn with and then takes forever to pay you.
