Make over shows

If you were going to have a make over show come into your house....
What would be the number one thing you tell them NOT to do in your house!
I hate mirrors so I would make sure they didn't put any huge mirrors in the bedroom, bathroom, dining room sitting room etc.
Whats the number ONE thing you would hate them to do in your house..... I could cope with anything else, but not that

I would tell them to not paint my walls in ANY vibrant colors ie. red or royal blue or or aqua or sunshine yellow. I love color but i like soft muted colors, so maybe i could deal with an accent wall or something. I am naturally energetic so i strive for calmness and bright colors seem to overstimulate me way too much. I can only tolerate it in moderation such as pillows, throws or accessories. Other then that i think i would be okay with anything, almost. lol.

Be careful of my furniture I do not ruin or anything spilled on it
and make sure every body is out side smoking,

It would have to be NO flowery wallpaper or any of that awful wallpaper that is sometimes used in these shows. Nothing fluffy either. I watch one particular make over show and most of the time they do a fantastic job, but there is just the odd time that they make a real horror of it and I think, "if that was my house I would have cried!"

I would not like a lot of mirrors either. I guess I would just say don't limit my storage space. I think storage space is very important. Other than that I think I would pretty much tell them to go ahead and do what ever they like. Except maybe paint the walls like a puke orange, I hate that color, it would make me upset to have to look at it all the time.

I would love it if I could get a home makeover. I would pretty much allow them to do anything that wanted! I guess I wouldn't want really dark, ugly walls. I would want an uplifting color on my walls. I don't want to be depressed sitting in my own house. Other than that, they can have at it!

I would say no black in the bedroom. and none of that disgustingly abstract modern decor that I don't understand!

I would make sure they didn't paint over any paneling or wall paper. I don't have wall paper, but in my apartment there is some paneling on one wall. I can't change it, but no way would I want them to paint over it. I've seen some makeover shows do that, I guess to save time, but I hate the look of it. Good question!
