have you ordered from overstock.com?

i am not sure about what kind of website is overstock.com. but i feel that it is necessary to check out the website and see review from other user to check if the website really produce the goods. in the internet, there is too much scam going around. if there is no response within a week, most likely you have been scam. mailing wont take very long to reach anyway. the most i think will be 2 weeks for international mail. i buy stuff online as well. so i will really check out if the website is really genuine or not.

Wow its been over a month since you ordered. I would not order any where that takes that long. I did order a matress pad from overstock and took around a week to get delivered. I'm satisfied with it. I also ordered a wireless gaming controller and it quit working fast. I did not return it for a refund on time. I don't get electronics from their anymore because of that.

I wouldn't know about overstock.com as I haven't ordered anything from them. However, I would probably get a hold of the customer service department by phone if I had to and demand to know where your book is as it's been over a month and you still have not received it. I would also mention that you have previously contacted them and they said it would be a few days and it still hasn't arrived. I would wait a week though, so that you can give them the benefit of the doubt. I hope that you get an answer out of them!
