It's difficult to have no cellphone these days. There are lots of messages that need to be answered and once you forget your cellphone or it is out of order, you might miss some very, very important messages. Cellphones do us a lot of favors......

well, i have left my mobile phone at home before. it's a little convenient but not too bad. i don't get important messages on my mobile phone anyway. if there is anything urgent, everyone knows my office number. also, i will call home and check that everything is okay just in case. other than my loved ones, there is nothing that can't wait. cheers ;p

Of course! I worked at a job that entailed alot of phone use. When I would get home @nite I wouldn't answer my phone. I got a cell phone for emergencies. I programmed alot of phone #s into this phone. It fell out of my pocket into the toilet and the phone quit working and I lost all my #s. I never got another phone and my boyfriend gave me one of his extra boost phones. I put minutes on it so I would have a phone in case I needed it when I went to pick him up at the airport on August 17th. For some reason I was not able to use the phone. Luckily I didn't need it. I haven't yet called boost to find out what the problem is. I have home phone service with Comcast that allows me to make unlimited local and long distance phone calls for $20/mo. That is what killed me about the cell phone I had; when you called an 800 number you would still be using your minutes. When someone called you, you were using your minutes. Do without a cell phone? You betcha.

You betcha I can, who needs a cell phone? Actually I only do without my cell phone when I accidentally leave it at home on my way to work. If I've left the neighborhood I won't turn around to get it, unless I have important call(s) that I'm expecting that day. otherwise I leave it there until I get there. The only other time I go without using it is when my wife and I are on a date. Although it is with me, it is off.

Yes, even a week will do. If so, the worried person is not me but my parents. lol. I remember once at noon, I didn't arrive home as usual, and I didn't call them to inform them of the delay, they were very worried and my father, the first time, care about when I got home. I was moved then, because I had never thought he would care about this. And now, I will call them if I really have to arrive home late.

I went 38 years without a cell phone and I barely use one even now. I only keep it in case my car breaks down or something. I don't use it otherwise. No one ever calls me and I don't really want them to because there's no reason for anyone to want to talk to me.

Once ,I forgot to take my cellphone to go out .When I had come out and been far from my room ,I found my cellphone had not come with me,and became very disappointed and ancious. That day everything seemed become very unfriendly, and inconveniet. When I wanted to make a call to one of my customers ,I found I had to go to a public telephone. What's worse ,when I found a public phone ,I found it impossible to recall his number!Later ,when I returned to my room ,there had been 20 calls I had not answered ,and more than 50 massages on the phone.

Yeah, I do. In fact on weekends, I don't have a phone because it is borrowed by my son since his had been broken for months already. I can go without it the whole weekend since all of us are together all the time and we do things all together on weekends.

Its been sometime since I got my first cell phone and already I think how could some one ,a few years ago manage to leave home without a cell phone. Its so difficult to keep in touch.I lost my cell phone a few days ago.It was so difficult to be in touch with everyone else.I had my tuitions, my college and most of my friends had no idea that I had lost my cell phone. It almost seemed that suddenly I had been shut in a closed room.Luckily I had to buy a new one in one months time.Well one moth was enough for me to realize my cell's worth.

If I'm home all day and not out and about, I can definitely go all day without my cellphone. But if I have to go anywhere in the car, chances are that I will need it. I'm not overly dependent on it, but when I'm out on the road, I feel more secure having it with me. I don't get that many calls and messages on it.

Well, yeah, it's ok not to have my cellphone in a day. I experienced it once, when I accidentally left it when I went to work. My life doesn't depend on it anyway.

I have had to send my past phone in for repairs sometimes and I didn't know what to do with myself. Now I have backup phones so if I have to send my current phone off I can use the back up one. I have an iphone so I have a lot of useful apps on there and if I didn't have it I don't know what I would do.
