Hi yadav8797, I think the best thing to do is get yourself and English dictionary and look up words the you don't uderstand, exempted, is like for instant if you are on benefits, you don't have to pay for your medications and towing is like when you towing a boat, or towing any thing, means pulling. Hi there yadav8797 I am English and I only ever heard of the toing used with froing which would mean going forwards and backwards with something. Like you could say that you were toing and froing from your neighbours house, you were going to and from your neighbour's place. Exempted means that you are let off from doing something like you are exempted from playing sports because you are ill. I hope this helps.

The word is EXEMPT... 1) TO FREE FROM AN OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY TO WHICH OTHERS ARE SUBJECT;..... there are other words you can use as except and excuse and relieve. The other word I don't know what your looking for with that on. unless you did mean towing like the other person said. You need a dictionary. I have a few of them as I can't spell anymore and sometimes I can't sound it out anymore. loosing my mind in a way. all education I have ever learned is slowly going away. But have a good day.

exempted means that you are excuse to do things in particular. like your teacher ask the class to do some assignments then your teacher told you that you are exempted for this one. so meaning you are not going to do what others are doing but you'll get the grade you would have in it, you are just not doing the hard work if there is. on the other one, not sure what is "toing". i believe it is not a word or a slang words perhaps. or their might be some typo error in it?
