Yes I smoke out of boredom as well, plus I like it. Darn it I do. But you know there are times that I don't. My mother stopped years ago as well. have a nice day.

A few people that I know said take a pack of cig. smoke one after the other until you get sick and you will stop smoking. It did work for a few people but I have not tried that as of yet. Your friend onlydia
