I Can’t Go to a Christening Event This Saturday

Me, too. I'm gonna stand as a godmother of my friend's son this coming sunday (nov.30), at first I planned to just drop by in the afternoon because I was already committed a week ago to my dentist for cleaning, but then again, I thought that baby christening is very important because I was chosen to be one of the godmothers. So I cancelled my appointment with my dentist. But if your commitment is very important then you must proceed with it and just pray for your godchild's christening.

I hope the other commitment is worth it as it being a godparent is more than buying gifts it is about teaching the child right and wrong and helping them to be raised with moral values as a parent would under the eyes of God hence the name GODMOTHER. I hope you can find a way to be there is it is a beautiful occasion and a real honour.

oh that's sad. maybe you can just drop by at the christening then proceed to your other commitment. or after your first commitment, go to your friends reception or your friend's son. just to see and bond with your high school friends. for sure celebration will last up to late hours of the night. good luck. take care
