I would have thought it was the other way around. A man grows up without a father knows how it feels and knows what he missed so he should be more determined to give that to his children. Some guys are not fit to be fathers and some are born to it .. i was brought with a bad father but i was determined to be the opposite and make sure my kids were not raised the same way.

yes i used to take my kids through them .. the live houses were the best but i must admit i am not good with people jumping out on me especially when my kids are behind me i get over protective and the last time i hit the guy jumping out .. was a fathers instinct i'm afraid so after that i decided its best i don't go in them anymore especially with my kids:)

yes its unfortunate that you do not see this endeavour anymore form children .. however in this day it is too dangerous not only incase they meet someone perverted but also fireworks are so dangerous now i would not risk any child buying them .. but having said that in my youth my friends and I always hang out near the tube station and asking "penny for the guy"

it is wrong to hit your child and more so when people abuse them and say its for their own good!! all you teach a child is that hitting is good to get your own way when someone does not do what you want them to do . there is nothing wrong with discipline and children must learn right from wrong but they must also me taught how to understand what is deemed as right and whats is deemed as wrong....
