which food is good to loose weight??

there are special ways to cook something and control the fat level on it.. eventually with some sport you can loose lots of extra kilos :) for example people always say not to eat rice for a change... but the rice is not the problem.. is all the salt and oil everyone puts in.. which do you know??

I know that bananas help you lose weight just eat one each morning with you breakfast.

If you want to lose more weight in few days, then you should start eating water Melons when ever you feel hungry. You can have your 3 meals with lot of vegetables with 1 cup of rice. But the mean time when ever you are hungry eat melons. Do this for about a month and let me know the out come.

Well I can't stop having rice on my plate everytime I eat, breakfast, lunch, and dinner though. But it's usually one cup of rice every meal. I also do alot of walking. I also do the before 6 pm having my supper so it is easily to digest and don't eat solid food after 6 p.m. just more on water intake. I cut down my pork and beef more on vegies, fish and fruits. I also drink this juice with caratin. Anyway have a nice morning!

Fruit & Vegetables are good, but don't forget to eat carb, you can replace it with potatoes or wheat bread or red rice, reduce using your salt and oil in your food

in my opinion, hehh, a saying goes,"we would better eat fish,because fish has no foot; and then we should eat chicken, because a chicken just has two feet; last, we maybe eat meat,bcause such animals like a sheep, a goat, a pig etc. have four feet." besides, fruits and fresh vegetables are good choice for a balanced diet.

I dont think u can stick t any special dit I think u ,must stick to what u eat but in moderation Decrease the intervals in which u eat eat a bit in every 3 hours so that u will be full and ur metabolism at it's highest But go for lo carb diet like whole wheat bread, brown rice and brocallie. Avoid white or brown sugar and try to replca eating fried stuff with veg salad and other stuff Dont stop eating dairy u gonna loose weight fast i lost 80 pounds witha proper diet and exercise balance

I think the fruits and vegetables will be very helpful. As long as you have a good digestion, you shall lose weight easily. I love China
