I very rarely drink coffee but do drink tea almost daily. I prefer it iced, though. Hot drinks make me sleepy, even if they contain caffeine like coffee and tea. I've been known to fall asleep right after drinking a cup of coffee! LOL I used to work as a proofreader. It was boring work, just sitting there, reading, comparing. It made me sleepy. I tried drinking coffee, but that just made it worse. Normally, I drink Coke to wake me up but I found that a glass of ice water or fruit like an apple or banana helped me more to wake up than caffeine!

Oh, my! That's a lot of caffeine! I drink no more than two 12-ounce cans of Coke a day, but usually it's only one, in the morning. The same goes for tea. I'll drink one glass of iced tea almost every day. It's usually green tea. I might drink a cup of coffee once every few months! Too much caffeine is not good for you! It will definitely lead to high blood pressure in the future if you don't already have it. I used to drink more caffeine than I do now, but my blood pressure got so high that my doctor put me on medication. I didn't like taking the medication, so I changed my diet, exercised and lost a little weight and now my blood pressure is back to normal without medication.

I usually drink coffee every morning only in my breakfast. I often drink iced tea everyday during my snack and break time. I can drink one to two cups of coffee a day. I think I can drink three to four glasses of iced tea a day. I'm more on iced tea than coffee..

I drink coffee mostly and I drink around 4 to 5 cups a day which could even increase to 7 or 8 depending on whether i have meetings during the say. I prefer to drink coffee rather than tea because it seems to energize me more than tea.i prefer my coffee black.

I drink ten or more cups of coffee a day. I seldom drink tea. Once in a great while on a freezing cold winter night i will cuddle up in a chair wrap up in a thick blanket with a good book and have a hot cup of Earl Grey or sleepytime tea.

I drink 2 big mugs full of coffee each day. Each mug is at least the equivalent to two regular cups. Even my kids know that I'm not functional before I had my morning jolt of caffeine

Hi there Nutanjain! I seldom drink coffee but I usually do it in the morning, or in days when it's rainy and cold in the absence of hot chocolate. In the average, I think I drink two cups of coffee in a week.

I drink two or three cups a day. I have a couple at home, when my husband makes coffee in the morning, and then I go to Second Cup cafe in the afternoon to have a mocha latte, and to read for a couple of hours.
