OMG you would never believe whats was in the bed with me last night?

Wood roaches teh ones that come out of pine trees and other trees can be up to 4 inches long and very hard to kill out . Sorry this happened to you hugs

As soon i read your discussion i saw your avatar and got scared as i thought it was the huge cockroach which you have mentioned , then realized it is some human's eye lol.. you must have taken its picture, sometimes even rats and lizards crawl on my leg or touch my leg , i just hate them we had some of them in my old house , yuck i got mad at them seriously , now really got rid anyways.. once i remember i was sitting and working at mylot , noticed some thing flew and came before me and vanished near my ears , i never knew what was it , again it came from backwards i got shocked and got up from chair i noticed a big cockroach with wings on it , im scared of its terrible body that too with wings , i just hate them , it came down i trapped it in a cover, i forgot as im scared to kill it , i left it for my dad or mom to kill it , then the next day i saw a picture some where of cockroach i remembered the one i trapped and told my parents , they killed it.. am too scary of these irritating insects and reptiles

OMG... i think i will scream like you as well if i find a rouch in the bed sleeping with me... :-) i don't think i will like its company... i much prefer my hubby to be in the bed with me rather than a huge roach... that must be really scary... fortunately, i never have an insect sleeping with me in the bed before... take care and have a nice day...

Gross! Do you live in an apartment? If so, I'd let the management know that there are roaches so they can get rid of the problem. If you own your own home, I'd go get some roach killer or call an exterminator. I wouldn't want to keep sharing my bed with those nasty things. :o)

EEEEEEEEEW that reminds me about 2 weeks ago, I went into the kitchen to get a glass water and as I enter I saw this HUGE black insect about 5 inch long I was like what the...., it had these long antennas, I search around the kitchen and found an empty jug and then I trap the insect in it and covered it, and when I showed my mom it she screamed lol, she was like "kill it, kill it, don't release it before it flies back into the house" and I was like I aint killing it, so she toke the jug with the insect inside and empty a can of insect replant in it lol. It was the most enormous insect I ever laid my eyes on.

Just take it easy! Forget it! Don't make yourself sick of it!

I would be horrified if that happened to me But I don't think I have ever seen a roach, thank god.

My goodness, I do have high tolerance with insects and other eerie stuff but I really hate cockroaches as well. It's fine if there are just wallowing around the floor or move away but when they start to walk over you and when they reveal to you that they can fly, I'd probably go away. I can't imagine how big the roach that you encountered. We use mothballs but most of the time the roaches just pass by them. And yeah, why do they almost always have to crawl on us? We swat them and they still come back crawling.

Gosh! You reminded me of some incidents I had with roaches. The first one was at a hotel we stayed many many years ago. This hotel had wooden panels for its walls, not sure whether that is the cause, but there were many roaches in the room. Okay, it was not one of those fancy hotels, it was definitely budget one. Then again, there should not be any such thing! We called the staff who brought in a bottle of insect repellent and sprayed at the roaches, but the aircon in the room seems to bring more of them out. They disappeared for a few minutes and came back out when the staff left. I could not sleep well that night. My parents told us to just go on and sleep. I was afraid that they might crawl on me as I had my bed against the wall. Terrible! My dad later caught one huge flying roach! I can't forget that hotel incident. Another incident happened when I was at my grandfather's place. They had just had a huge celebration and most of the food and stuff in the kitchen has not been cleared yet. I was wearing a long skirt and sat down at the dining table in the kitchen when I felt something on my legs. At first, I thought nothing of it. Then I felt something scurry on my knees. That was when I jumped off my seat and flapped my skirt to get rid of the horrible roach, screaming at the same time. Luckily it fell to the floor when I flapped my skirt and not ran up higher! I hate these roaches. Sorry for the long post, I had to tell you my terrible experiences with these creatures.

We call the big roaches like that water bugs, in Texas. I hate those things. They used to get under the mattress when we had a water bed. I insisted on getting rid of it when they decided to crawl on top of the mattress, while I was in the bed. James said the ones in his country fly. The ones here charge you when you try to get them. I had one chase me down the hall the other morning. Everytime I moved to get away from it, it just lunged at me and followed. Hubby was finally able to get him. *shudders* Ewwwww, yuck!

Hi annjilena. Yes! I've seen "giant" roaches before. Before I moved to Florida, I've never seen a roach. But they have giant ones here. I don't think they actually a roach but a palmento bug. They are huge. I hate them. They fly too. They can come in from outside. There are another kind that are big too that are another kind of roach. I had one of them in my bathroom the other night and I tried to kill it but I don't know where it went. I hate that. I don't want him in my bed LOL. That gives me the shivers just thinking about it LOL

I've whacked many roaches! BRING THEM ON!!!!! Really curious about the size you mentioned, how big is it? really? I threw my bed away last time because of bed bugs, those creepy crawlies really annoy you, got rid of it before spreading

Yes, I was in bed one night and heard something like crinkling paper on my table next to my bed. It was making so much noise I was afraid to turn and look because I thought it was a human. When I did look it was a huge roach too. I picked up a book and hit it. I don't think it felt a thing, it just looked at me and walked away. The next night when I got home from work my sister-in-law was still up which was unusual for her, she screamed for me to come in her room. When I got there she was laying frozen on the bed afraid to move, he was on the ceiling. I got him back for terrorizing me the night before, that time I smashed him...

OMG! I could never sleep in my room ever again if that happened!

hi annjilena of course I dont know where you live, but yes in New Mexico and Arizona there are these horrid huge cockroaches and if they get into your house they are really'the devil to get rid of.ugly things and carry all sorts of diseases. You must get rid of them for healths sakes too. That wou ld send me screamin out of the bedroom had it happened to me. ugh ewwwww.

OMG, that was truly creepy, I'll surely scream and freak out if it happens to me as well. I'll probably finding hard to sleep after the incident. So far, it didn't happen to me and really thankful for that, I don't know what I'll do if it happens to me. Probably, all of my family will woke up if ever a bug like that crawls at me while sleeping.

OMG! That was creepy! I don't know what I'm gonna do if that happens to me. Probably scream out loud too. Why do such pests still exist? It's a good thing you killed it already. No more nights to worry anymore. You can sleep well again. ;D

hey? AHm? what is a ROACH? is that a Big cockroach? Hehe.. If it is.. Then how big did you saw? I always see a cockroach everyday, different types, colors, and sizes. And guess what, I hate them! Cause they have a lot of germs.. Hehe..

o my goodness i would have been yelling too something is wet some where that was a big bug i hate them things they are nasty always trying to eat your food.

I remember coming to my room one evening, turning lights on and started to undress, when I heard something moving on my window. All I could see was two front legs and a long thin black tail. I started to yell and run out of my room. Then my mum and dad came and dad open the window so it fell out. Luckily it got stuck to the curtains and couldnt come in. I cant even imagine If it came in and I wouldnt know, go to bed and there it was. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA still get the chills lol. Still dont know what it was realy, i think it must have been a rat or something like that, becouse it was big and black. ok maybe it wasnt big but I saw it huge heheh. The next day I put the net on my window so now its ratproof LOL Ok its not a roach but it is just as scarry :)))
