Eat fruit is good for health. However time having fruit is main objective to determine fruit either good or harm to our body. I had read an article that eat fruit before sleep is not good for health. Because it makes our organ do 'extra job' when we are sleep. Eat orange before sleep can make you hard to get sleep. Do you agree? I've experience it last night. Make me can't have sweet dream whole night long.

This is something new to me. I know it is okay to eat fruits at night since it's just fruits.

hi ck3259 as a diabetic I am often low at bedtime so must eat a snack or I will pass out. so I have a glass of milk,1 percent, with a piece of cheese, this brings up my blood sugar and lets me relax so I can go to sleep.
