Pen Drive Problem!!!

I've got this Moser Baer USB drive of 2GB... I bought it about 10 months back..
It was all well till some days back.
But now I can't copy any data above 100MB in my pen drive??
It says about some "Write Delay Failed" error??
Can you help me??

That usually means that the drive is failing or failed and you're going to have to replace it. Sometimes you can recover the data from it with a program such as recovermyfiles or file scavenger but...If i were you I'd be checking about warranty on it unless you did something like run it through the washing machine or something like that (I've done that or dried a couple of mine and they wont cover that)

even i thought it might be a hardware problem. but just wanted to cross check in case it might be because of a virus or something. thanks a lot.

It may be a damage of your flash drive. I suggest you to send for a service if it holds warranty.
