dogs are smart... cats... are kindda silly.. muy sister she has one cat.. that licks the wheels of her car... stupit isn`t it.. u`ll never see a dog doing this....:P

Is the cat a female? If she is licking the tire, it is probably to remove the marking scent of another cat or possibly a dog. Male cats (and dogs) are more apt to mark over the offending scent. All cats and dogs are territorial. They know were home is, although in their mind the border extends as far as they can see...lol
