i guess i could think that the rain could help relive some stress... rain makes me sleep and makes me feel like cuddling depending lol i guess it would just depend..... rain is nice and nice to listen too sometimes... i can kind of see how it might help but i am not really sure lol

I quite like walking in the rain, mainly ar night, it is very calming I think so long as you are not all dressed up and going to some fancy party or something...

So what are you asking about then? Is that a statement or a question? hehehe.. Anyhow, I don't think it would be a good way to release stress, I mean playing in the rain. It seems to be quite a dangerous thing to do since there's what we call acid rain, plus microbes from the ground are scattered all about because of the rain, not to mention that you could catch a cold - unless you want to so that you can file for sick leave. I think it would be enough for you to just sit and close your eyes for a few moments and listen to the sound of the rain or perhaps to some soft music like jazz or classical. There are many ways though. What I usually do when I'm stressed is that I sleep. If I can't really sleep (because of some reason) I simply listen to rain music or waterfalls music or super soft music. By the way, stress can't only be attributed to career, there is also emotional stress from family or special people, there's also financial stress over money, etc. There are a lot. Getting a massage is also a good way or therapeutic way to relieve stress.
