Is there any way to delete the Mylot Account???

I am not aware of any way to delete an account and as far as I know your profile will stay here for some time. I beleive that after a certain period of time it will be shown as inactive though but I am not sure if it is ever removed comoletely or not? It seems a shame to be leaving though vidhyavini as you have a decent number of posts next to your name. Maybe you just need a break for a little while?

The problem is not that. I actually want some discussion to be deleted. I know that its not possible. Thats why I thought if I can delete the whole account and create another account. I am not bored of mylot. I always love this site. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

I was just being stupid discussing about my personnel problems here. I am worried if that could create some problems for me. Thats why. And I will come back in another account. If I do that I will be your referral. Lol. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

hii vidhyavini i dont think there is any option to delete your account. i was wondering why you deleteing your account? what is the purpose? what is wrong if it stays here in mylot? you can come back when you like na?
so i think if you are quitting dont delete the account. just stay away from here. and when you like to come back, you can start mylotting again using your old account.

I want my discussion to get deleted. Thats not possible if I still have an account here. Only if my account is deleted, then probably my discussion will get deleted from my account. I will come back with a new account. Lol. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

I don't know why you have to delete it. I can't see there is a way to delete it. Perhaps you can contact the admin. Or you can do something which breaks the laws of Mylot and they will delete your account.

But why do you want to 'delete' your account? What prompted you to start this discussions? I am not aware whether a mylot account could be deleted.
If you are not going to be active on mylot, let it be, you account will remain as it is. Once you are back after doing your business, you may re-join mylot.

I doubt if you can yourself delete your discusssions. If you have already 'resolved' those discussions, it will take back seat, as you post new ones. But why do you want to 'delete' those discussions?

Ok Vidhya, you want to delete some discussions, but I don't think it is possible. I have been inactive for more than 8 months. When I came back my old discussions are there but my earnings were not there. If you can find a solution let me know it please. Have a nice day.

I have contacted admin for that. I am supposed to give some proper reason for deletion also. I gave a reason. Lets see if they are deleting. If they are deleting it, I will inform you.
And the other way is to violate the rules of mylot. Post some links in the discussion and it may get deleted. Lol. Trying both. Hehe.

vidhyavini dont go to all that trouble, just pm mylot and tell them you would liked to delete a certain discussion of yours'and give them the reason why, they would probably do that for you.'
that was you dont have to go to the trouble of leaving then reapplying. just talk to mylot admins.

I checked the mylot community strength today before writing this. It shows 147351 members? I strongly believe most of them are rotten eggs!
The hatched ones never grow up older, but the older ones never active. This is mylot now! What happened? All those attraction to participate in discussion has gone?
Anyway I am not thinking different. No need to delete. We will add up to the rotten eggs!

The reason why I didn't comment back is the stupid power cut problem. Lol. Daily 7 hours power cut. Now they have changed the timing and so now I am ok with it.
I want to delete some of my discussions. Deleting the discussions is not possible here. So I thought of deleting my account. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

Why do you want to delete your account. I dont think there is any way one can delete one's account. Just take a break from mylot if you wish to. You can always come back when you feel fresh again. I dont see any reason to delete the account. If you are not active your account still stays as it is.

Nope. Not like that. If I have work, I will always give priority to that and not mylotting. So thats not my trouble. I want some of my discussion to get deleted. I don't know how to delete it. The only way is to delete my account I guess.
