I got so into drinking tea after my grand mother died. It was practically the only thing my sisters and I had that whole week. So from then on, I tried all sorts of tea, jasmine tea, black tea, oolong tea, lavender tea, green tea and white tea. Recently, there have been commercials advertising how tea can supply our bodies anti oxidants. Which is a good thing. Even several beauty products have included white and green tea into their ingredients list. BEsides white tea having the most anti oxidants, what else is its difference from green tea, color and spelling does not count, LOL.

I personally prefer green tea to white. I find green tea has a better flavor, its good at flushing the toxins out of your body, easier to find in some places, and doesn't require any doctoring. It is true that white tea has more antioxidants, but I find the toxin flush more important, especially when green tea has its own antioxidant punch. If I am not mistaken, white tea also contains some caffeine, while green tea does not. Though I could be wrong! Its been awhile since I've done any research on teas and their benefits. Which might be a good thing, considering you'd have a two page long reply lmao. That being said, Peppermint is by far my favorite. :)

Oh... hmmm... i didn't know about that white with caffeine thing. I'll look it up. Hmmm... I love green tea too, I haven't tried white tea yet. But there was a time that I got so addicted to green tea that later on I realized I lost 10lbs with it.. ahhahaha... I love it when its in my body, I feel cleaner and refreshed.

As I understand it, white tea comes from young leaves before they become mature. Green tea is just regular tea leaves harvested the regular way but is not oxidized so it does not have the dark color of oolong or black tea. Cheers!!
