Do you like your fish grilled, boiled, fried, or steamed?

Fishes are rich in protein and our body needs them. Regular consumption of fish can reduce the risk of various diseases and disorders like my asthma. We should eat more fish because aside from the fact that it is high in protein, it is also low in fat and a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. We are used to eating fish for our meals at home. I like grilling tuna, or tilapia. Deep sea fishes are great when fried and dipped in sweet and sour sauce. Milkfish is the most versatile of all fishes for me because it is ever great whether you grill, boil, fry or steam. How would you like your fish for a meal?

HI Joyce: I had fresh fried Catfish yesterday, with home made cornbread and fried potoatoes with it..LOL! It was soooo good too! We eat a lot of Catfish since we have a lake on our farm and several other small ponds. Catching them is easy, its the cleaning part that's a real chore for us anymore but they are sure worth it when you fry them up; LOVE THEM! I could eat fish every day and chicken too! My Favs!

That's what I want to do again. Go fishing. It's a great feeling to catch fish and after that you grill or steam them.

I love fish...prepare them anyway and I'll eat it...just dont cook it in the soup The best way to prepare fish (salmon) is in oragne juice. You grill it, then you make sauce with grlic, chilly and fresh orange juice, put grilled salmon in, let it for a few minutes and thats it...make some mash potatos with it and...mmmmmmmmmmm...Im hungry hehehe

I'll try grilling salmon with this kind of sauce. I think it's great tasting with mashed potatoes. I'm hungry, too.

I like grilled fish when I do it on the grill. I've never had boiled fish, at least I don't think I have. Steamed fish? I guess I'm out of the loop. I'm an American so we get our fish, grilled or fried. I'd rather have fried shrimp or fried catfish.

I love fish and it is so good for us. I make a pan fried Talapia that my husband just loves, and he's not a big fish eater. I rub the fillets with hot sauce, then coat with a flour/cornmeal mixture seasoned with the essence of Emeril, Adobo, and salt. Then I pan fry in olive oil.

I have always liked fish, I love salmon, smoked salmon, haddock, cod, plaice, hake, sea bass, lemon & dover sole etc. I have tried monk fish which is very meaty, and I like grupa and red snapper - although you don't see many of those in the supermarkets! I love to oven bake in tin foil with lemon and herbs and spices (just a little), I also love to steam fish it keeps it so juicy! I haven't had fish fried too many times, I think as fish is so good for you, by frying it makes it unhealthier for me, so would rather stick to the above. I may try something deep fried in the future and maybe I could find some milkfish - I am open to new things.

I love it in anyway. I am trying to avoid it fried, it is just so good and tasty but other than that, grilling it, barbecuing it, steaming it, boiling it, as long as it is cooked all the way, I'll eat it. If I can eat fish all the time without getting tired from it, I'll eat it everyday.

I like my fish fried with tons of batter and that about the only way I can eat it because I am not a big fish fan. I wish I like fish better because it is good for you but I just can not get past the taste.

I like fried fish. That is the most delicious one, especially with some Thai Chili sauce! However, I don't take that frequently as it is not so good for health if compared with steamed fish. I usually put some garlic, ginger and salt to steam a fish. The taste is just OK but I believe it contains the high nutrien compared to the rest.

tilapia - smoked tilapia
Hi there! I love eating fish! In my hometown I always eat fish once a day. That's either lunch or dinner time. My favorite is Tilapia and Galunggong. I like the former smoked and the latter fried. Both taste delicious and good for the health. Ciao!

I love eating deep-fried fish; yet I don't cook this at home, so we only eat this at restaurants. At home, we would either bake or steam fish, with either ginger paste, curry, oyster or bbq sauce.

I like to eat steamed fish but occasionally I would prefer grilled fish. Whenever I have a western meal with friends or boyfriend,I will always order grilled fish because fish is less oily and less fattening compared to meat. But I always prefer steamed fish because I can taste the natural taste of the fish itself. Lol. Especially my home cook's steamed fish. Yummy yummy!

i like my fish grilled. i think that can remove the fishy odor of it and makes it tasts better. the other reason is that i like eating crunch food, the grilled fish would be a little burnt and just like that.
