Hi, music is a part of my everyday life. I start my day with Yahoo launchcast while mylotting and when i feel anxious or sad and when i am happy. I listen to music, even when i am working at the office. Music kind of inspires me all the time.I love a variety of music depending on my mood. At this very moment i am listening to today's top hits on launchcast. Music boosts my energy and lifts up my spirit. I think, most of us have beautiful, or sad memories connected with music.

Absolutely! This definitely works for me. Whenever I'm concerned about something, whenever I'm feeling a little anxious, I put on some relaxing music and I slowly drift away! Music does this for you I think. When you listen to particular songs, they can definitely raise your mood. Some pleasant memories can even be refreshed and you start to think of good times past! I love listening to classical music as it's really soothing, especially within the evening hours. Andrew

Listening to music is a great way to chase away the blues. If I am feeling down, I will listen to some moody music, maybe some blues. I listen to Reiki by George Raphael when I want to write. It's great to get those words flowing, it doesn't relax me but it gets the creative juices flowing again. I also meditate to chase away the blues if I am feeling down.

When I'm blue I prefer to listen to music. And I can say that my choice of music depends on my mood. When I'm sad I mostly prefer to listen to pop ballades, if I'm in good mood I like to listen to dance music. When I want to relax I choose Enigma.

hii ,friend ,, i really appreciate your way of relaxing yoursely,,and the same as you ,i also likek that way , i choose that way following that listening music esp a light music when i was alone myselves, and that make me quite and peaceful, but on the contract,i also choose the other type of the music such as the rock ,the R and B when i feel very happy but aslo incluing the time when i burnden pressure, the roch mucis that can make you exicting and forget everything that unhappy ,it is touching me always , the other way i will choose is sleeping ,a deep sleeping ,when i get to sleep ,i forget everything ,,,,,the stress ,the annoyance,is far from me ,,

Not only do I feel that music can help relax a person, I feel that it often sets the person's mood, or at least reflects it. Have you ever noticed how a person seems to be more relaxed when listening to softer music and more energized when listening to more upbeat music?
