I have always thought it was just one of those things models and celebrities say to relate to the normal people, while there secretly using amazing and expensive face creams. I figured why not give this "water" thing a shot. I decided that instead of making myself stick to some strict water drinking routine, I would just drink water as often as I could. All I did was change how often i had the water available to me. I kept a full bottle of water with me when ever I would go out somewhere. and I would only drink soda or juice was with meals. I face is way better now. Its more brighter, healthier, and not as dry and its also making me feel better. Does drinking water help you? How do you think ?

Hi friend,Its very true that drinking lots of water clears the skin from all acne and blemishes. You would get a soft and clear skin. But I doubt about the complexion, our complexion never changes. When it becomes clear we feel that we have become fair. But I hate to drink water.I feel lazy to keep a water botltle with me and drink all the time.thanks for sharing.happy mylotting.

Yes, there's one time my ex-colleague told me that if you drink a lot of water, your skin complexion would be much better. Furthermore, last time I was having a job that need to work shift. A lot of time we work in the middle of night. She has always suggested to me to drink a lot as working night is very bad for our skin. Even so, I am not a drinker, I drink very less in a day. I hate to drink too much as it will always lead me to toilet. But for people here reading, please drink a lot. :)

drinking water is fantastic for your complexion. really gets rid of dry skin and ever since i started drinking more water than i normally had, my face looks so much healthier and better. no matter how much you exfoliate and use great face creams, water makes an enormous difference. although i still use exfoliaters and face creams to continue hydrating my face

I drink a ton of water. I haven't noticed if my complextion is nicer due to this or not but it is very important to keep your body hydrated at all times. I can't remember where or when I learned this, but it was said that you need 1/2 ounce of water per pound of body weight in order to be properly hydrated. But this can come from food as well. For me, I just make sure I drink at least 60oz's pure water everyday, anything else I get is just a bonus!

Drinking water is scientifically proven to help replenished the lose fluid in your body. So yes it helps a lot to make your skin healthy. We need water to keep out metabolism working properly. We have to maintain a certain level of water in our body.If we dont do so, then it will result to dehydration. Therefore it is easy to see why it is important to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day.If we do not have enough water then our blood pressure can fall to dangerously low levels.Blood clots may form. Our normal kidney function is impaired and you may get terrible constipation. Some other signs of having low water level are terribly dried skin and increased incidence of urinary tract infections and reoccuring headaches.

Hi, there. Yes, drinking water makes your skin better. I drink at least several ounces every hour and I saw a big difference lately when I stopped carrying water around with me. My complexion dried out and I had a few bumps. So, back to the water. Good discussion.

I think that drinking water helps your total body. It cleanses your body of toxins, and helps in every aspect. I do not drink nealy as much as I should, but I know when I do drink it, I feel and look much better. I am sure that face creams, and lotions help in their own way, but the cheapest and easiest way to better overall health is to drink water each day.

Wow, that is interesting. I know that water does help the body overall, and sometimes people don't even realize that the simplest cure for the everyday headache is water. One of the first signs of being dehydrated is a headache! Since I haven't been all that hydrated myself lately, I do notice that my skin is suffering. But I never would have tied that in with lack of fluids. Thanks for the info!
