Do you prefer to eat breakfast than lunch?

I like to eat breakfast everyday, even in rush hour i still do it for i need to have some energy at work, so that my mind can function well. During noon time i eat very little only for i like to take a nap after eating. They say that is it not good to sleep when you are full. But some of my co workers skip eating breakfast and they just double their eating habit at lunch time.

no, i have only bacon and egg for a day, the next day would be hotdog and corn beef, next is spam with corn soap, and etc. atleast two of a kind in a day to have a good brakefast.

Same here antiquelady, I like bacon and egg, hotdog, spam, and fried fish with rice ofcourse, with a big cup of hot coffee in my break fast. My breakfast in not complete with out them. Thanks for sharing friend. Happy mylotting.

I eat breakfast and lunch. I think it's very important to NOT skip breakfast. People skip breakfast cause they think it will help them loose weight, but having a well balanced breakfast would help you loose weight more.

I agree with you friend, i think we should take all those three important meals in a day like the breakfast,luch and dinner. Skipping one of those cant bring any good but it gives some problem . I believe that food is like a fuel to our body in order to function well, but we should take only what we need. Eat the right food to have a well balance diet. Thanks for responding.

Exactly. It's just like a car. If it has no fuel it'll stop working. If our body doesn't have enough energy we'll uhh.. not die but may faint alot.

breakfast - breakfaster
i always eat breakfast... i have too because i'll wake up hungry and my tummy growling at me. lol so i always eat breakfast..... i always have a big bowl of cereal and sometimes a banana too. i also eat lunch ... sometimes i will have a big lunch even if i have a big breakfast... some days i am just really hungry i guess... but i will also eat a small lunch.. like just having some fruit... so i never skip my breakfast.... i used too never eat it or lunch and i would just a really big dinner but i had to change those eating habits because its not good to go all day without eating and only eating lunch.

I like the picture, i feel hungry again. Well i guess we should not over eat for it becomes unhealty too. Eat only the right food amount, not too much for it can cause some probem like overweight and obesity. Thanks for responding.

Hi Margarit, I never skip breakfast, always eat a healthy, balanced one. Just like you I eat very little in lunch but I do take a short nap in the afternoon. Experts also say that one should not skip breakfast because there is a long gap between dinner and breakfast due to which one can have acidity problem.

I am glad the i have a habit of eating breakfast everyday, i dont want to suffer those you mention above. I believe that health is wealth so i take care of myself and my body too. Thanks for sharing.

I have to say I´m not a role model when it comes down to eating habits. I know it´s important to eat breakfast, but some how never get around doing so. A cup of coffee and I´m ready to go. I´ve always been like this, I don´t know why, but if I eat breakfast I get really sick and almost throw up. I guess it´s because my body´s not yet awake or something, I´m not a morning person, far from it. I don´t eat heavy lunches, I normally have a salad and some fruits. And the funny thing is, I don´t even get hungry during the day.

I wonder where did you get your energy in a whole day activities, for me food is like a fuel to our body it get us nutrients and energy to be active and be mentally fit.

I like to eat both of these as if i eat breakfast but not luch i am hungry at unch time. Whereas if i do no eat breakfast i am really hungry on the morning. So i always eat both of the meals :)

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. but i can survive without it. I only ever eat breakfast on the weekend and i normally have it at like 11 - 12 o clock.. so its basically lunch ... and i dont eat to much lunch or tea either.

i have to eat breakfast i awaken hungry and i have to eat lunch as well if i don,t i will be sick in the morning iam diabetic and i be very hungry when get up so i have to raise my blood sugar before my day can start.shipping meals is not good because you are going to over eat at the meal you decide to eat. 6 small meals work for me.

I am among those who think that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is important for revving up your metabolism in the morning. It has been proven that people who eat breakfast have a faster metabolism and weigh less than those who dont.

Yes that is true snowy, I have a friend that who dont like to eat breatfast but he is bigger than me, he only eat twice a day during lunch and dinner for He need to lose some weight, but it doenst work because he becomes bigger and bigger. Maybe he should eat brakefast instead. thanks for responding.

I prefer to have breakfast ,too.Because in the morning ,I often eat steamed bread and some food maked with flour,which I like than rice.And my appetite is good .At noon,I don't like to have lunch very much.

Lots of people skip their breakfast,maybe they have less of time in the morning.When i was a college student i often don't like eating breakfast because of waking up late,but now i know it is bad,so i have breakfast in the every morning,it makes me have a good mood,and a powrfull day.I also take a nap after lunch,if you bend over desk it must be bad for your health,you should take a few minutes to walk,and you take a nap on the tend bed if your boss permit.

I do bend over when i have my monthly period only, aside from that i sleep on the chairs that i line-up together. It makes good to lay down when sleeping. Thanks for responding.

Well as long you dont feel hungry, you can still skip breakfast as you like but normally having breakfast is healthier and good for the body to function well than no breakfast at all. Thanks for responding.

yah you're right that eating breakfast gives you more energy to than skipping it.I can compare based on my experience the feeling of not having breakfast. You feel more exhausted during the day, keep thinking of food or you are bothered by your stomach's cravings. According to studies, breakfast is the most important meal of the day because a good breakfast provides us the nutrients that we need to start the day off right. Even in studies among children, a child who had eaten breakfast performs well in school than those who did not.

You said it right owelmo408, It is very important to us to eat breakfast during mourning to start a day right. If the stomach is empty you cant concerntrate well and think well in the thing that you do. you become less productive and feel lucking of energy.

I prefer a light breakfast comprised of fruits and fruit juices and a king size lunch. I enjoy my afternoon nap for an hour at least as it is really refreshing.

It is really opposite for me, i eat heavy breakfast to gain more energy for the whole day activities, i eat lunch a little because i usually take a nap during break time. I cant sleep if my stomach is full. Thanks for responding.

doubling your eating habits are a no-no. i personally eat breakfast even if i don't have time to eat it. i just grab some sandwiches in the nearest fast food or eatery and eat them while i'm on my way to school. not eating breakfast has homeostatic effects on your body. your body goes on like that and your functions don't work well. according to research, the first thing it would hit is your stomach, then your liver. if you don't get the right food amounts at the right time, your physiologic responses decrease. imagine your stomach's responses decrease, then your digestion will decrease as well. so where does the stuff go to? deposited on your muscles and the subcutaneous... in short, fat depositions all over. THE oh no cellulite.

Wow, i never though that there are many side effect if you skip meal in a day. Well it is another lesson learn here. For me skipping meals is just normal for it depends upon the person needs. But what you said it make me think again. Thanks for responding.

One of the first meals of the day has to start with breakfast then followed by a snack midway before dinner then followed by another snach midway between supper. But it is best to eat little often as it helps the digestion in the stomach. I most have breakfast each day as it helps the day go better.

I don't really eat a lot of breakfast. I am almost never hungry in the mornings. But I eat at least something because if I don't, I think I would feel very weak and tired very early in the day.

I prefer to eat breakfast! It is the only thing that can get me going! It is the most important meal of the day! It keeps you from over-eating at lunch! Breakfast is definitely very important! :)
