I experienced sweating so hard that I never felt before when I'm playing futsal someday in last year. We used to play futsal a lot but that day we're playing it during the afternoon in the semi-open court. Gosh! It's like playing in the microwave. Very hot and all of us had a very wet shirt. Even several bottles of water still couldn't make us cool back. But, I'm enjoying every single moment of it ; )

Hi..Futsal is 5 a side football game but playing in a court either on a synthetic grass or paquette floor. The court is like a basketball court size. General rules is like a normal football or soccer only technical rules are different a bit. Nowadays, most people are getting into futsal already. In my places, even have futsal team comprises of a girls. can go here for more info : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Futsal

Last Saturday when I had to work - there was a one day big sale and boy I was on my feet non-stop and was sweating like a pig at the end of the day. I didn't even break for lunch because there wasn't time to have lunch - it was crowded and couldn't believe people had money to spend LOL

That is so good for you... sweating because you enjoyed the activities a lot... well... the last time i really sweat so hard was a few days ago... i had a fever... and i just took paracetamol... then a few minutes after that... i started sweating a lot... i did not bother using the electricfan because the sweat would help in easing the fever... so i just let it out... then after that... i felt a little better...

Yes thats very true, sweating during fever is good, it helps in releasing the bad toxins we have from our bodies and it should always be the case. Its a good feeling to sweat a lot when we have fever. When I was young mother would wrap me in a blanket just to cause sweating, it may be very hot but its really relieiving. THank you for sharing and have a nice day my friend.

living in a place like ours, would make you sweat so hard especially during noontime til afternoon. so its a must that we take a bath more than once in a day, especially before sleeping. :)

well yeah many times in my life that i really sweat a lot..one that i can remember was in my early days as a married couple where i had to scrub our floor since it was not yet tiled during that time...unknowingly that it gives me more vigor and fit through out the years...and one when we are practicing ballroom dancing ...its very enjoyable and yet very rewarding since im able to learn how to dance and the same time sweating all over which keeps me thinner...compared now

Last Wednesday my sister, daughter and I loaded furniture up in a 16 foot truck to move the stuff to cA and then last Saturday we unloaded the truck. I got sweaty both times. I stayed in the truck and they handed the stuff to me and I organized it and tied it down. Now that I think about it I rushed to my lawyers office which was an mile away and I walked. I was not running but I did rush so by the time I got there I was soaking wet. It took me a while to get home because I took my time.

Unfortunately it has been too long. Sweating is good for you, removing many toxins from your body..As the weather gets cooler here, makes it much harder to really sweat..So I would have to make a wild guess and say it had been about 2-3 months ago when it was really hot and I also was playing bad minton with my son..

Yes, its a nice way of getting rid of toxins, aside that I have enjoyed playing with friends it has given a good healthy practice.

Hello my friend. I was just drenched with my sweat this morning when I played tennis. I and my hubby do it everyday as a form of regular exercise. It makes us healthy and refreshed everytime we sweat out, it's like sweating out the previous day's stress.

I must lift seven monitor 15', four cpu's.I must to carry this stuff for 50 metres, a long with my brother in law. I do not know why i so sweat hard.
