Pancakes

Do you like pancakes? What kind? I love chocolate ones....yummy :)
Here's what you need:
3 eggs
25 dag flour
1,5 l of milk
a bit of sugar and a bit of salt
you mix all the ingridients together. You heat a bit of oil in a pan and make thin pancake, baked on both side. Put it on te plate add some melted chocolade, or I prefer chocolate powder and just roll it or just fold it together :)
Instead of chocolate you can use marmelade, sweet cream, any kind of fruit, whatever you want really.

Yes, I like pancakes too. I often make banana pancakes. I use ripe bananas and mesh it into a bowl of flour. Add in water and sugar and a pinch of salt. Then put a tablespoon of oil into the mixture, and mix evenly until the sugar dissolved and mixture is soft. Oh yes I forgot to mention about the eggs. Add one or two eggs. Two is better because your pancake will be softer and fluffier.
After that heat a non stick pan and make thin layer of pancakes and make until all the batter is finished. After that you must eat it while it is still hot, or else it won't taste as delicious as it should be. You can it it plain or you can add other stuffs such as jam, honey or melted chocolate as you desired. It is all up to you to make it variable.

You're welcome! Today I've made banana pancakes for breakfast and it is very delicious. I ate it with jam. My husband ate it with anchovy fish fried with chili. Yummy!

I love pancakes, and add blueberries most of the time. But I can't even imagine eating a chocolate pancake, guess it depends on a persons taste. I put fried eggs on top of mine. The yolk runs all over the pancake when you cut it. I figure it is better than a pile of syrup and the calories and sugar. It was something my mother done, pile the eggs on top the pancake, try it you will like it.

These sound delicious. I love pancakes and pancakes with bananas and cinnamon in them are wonderful. I can never make the perfect pancake but oh well, they are still yummy.

I like to toss in blueberries or fruit like strawberries. I use a lowfat syrup. They are really great. I sometimes put preserves in them if I am out of the fruit and have the preserves instead.
