How to verify Paypal without a credit Card

Hello friends I want to ask you something which is n my mind for a long time. I have a paypal account and I want to purchase something from it. but the problem is that merchant accepts only verified paypal. I don't have a credit card so I cant verify my account in usual way. Do any one have a legit way to verify my paypal account without using a credit card. Its best if the method is completely free , But I am willing to spend some money too ( however not too much because that will not be worth the product I want to purchase lolz ) But the method must be legit.
