sleeping habits, how many hours is enough for you?

I like to wake up at 7 AM, so that I can meet my early appointments. I found that if I go to bed at 10:30 PM, I can get through the day with energy up to the end. I don't need a nap. So now I am working on staying on that schedule from now on. That makes about 8 hours of sleep.
