sleeping habits, how many hours is enough for you?

Around how many hours do you have to sleep in order to feel well rested in the morning? Mine is at least 6 hrs but 7 would be better.

7 - 8 hours of sleep makes me feel more rested. lesser than that, i usually feel tired and sleepy the whole day.

I like to wake up at 7 AM, so that I can meet my early appointments. I found that if I go to bed at 10:30 PM, I can get through the day with energy up to the end. I don't need a nap. So now I am working on staying on that schedule from now on. That makes about 8 hours of sleep.
