the perfect chocolate cake

every now and then i get into this I LOVE BAKING mode. hahaha. christmas is coming and right now, i am preparing my recipes. one must-have for christmas in our house is chocolate cake.
now, i am not claiming to be a seasoned cook/baker, but the best recipe i have for chocolate cake so far is the one found in hershey chocolate/cocoa powder label. there are different kinds of chocolate cakes, some very sophisticated, but the perfectly chocolate cake is the best. it's really simple to make, very soft and i can't have enough of it.
have you guys tried it?

My mom used to make those cakes. I'm not too much into baking but you've brought back memories so maybe I'll give it a try this weekend. I haven't had chocolate cake in quite a while.
