Video games

I am a video gamer myself but i also know that if i spend to much time doing it i will not want to do anything else and i love to spend my time outdoors and with freinds doing things playing poker or going snowboarding i also think that video games stimualate the mind and calm people down i also think that it helps the hand eye cordnination. What do you think yay for games or nay for games?

I don't play the video games. I play the one's that don't hurt the eyes as I have epilepsy. Oh how ever you spell it. That mite be right. There are only a few games I can play. Your friend onlydia
