If you have 1 million dollars, how will you spend it?

As above, i am curious how will you guys spend the money if we have 1 million dollars. Be it donating half of it for a church building fund, pay off all housing and car loans, migrate to another country, put it into bank's fixed deposit or others. Personally, i will save half of it for my future and ask my dad to quit his job then slowly use the rest of the money for the family expenses.. what about you?

Let's see, if I were given 1 million dollars, that would be like around more or less 45 million in my country. So here's my pick:
5 Million goes to several churches or religious groups, perhaps 1million to a church, 1million to the Monastery, 1million to the Home for the Aged, 1million to the Boys Town, and 1million to the deaf and blind center.
10 Million goes to financial investments, like land, jewelry/precious stones, mutual funds, and stocks.
5 Million for my parents.
3 Million to my 3 brothers.
5 Million for my kid's schooling investments.
3 Million to spend on anything I want. But I won't be buying a new house, nor would I be buying cars. It could be for my family trips.
1 Million to be distributed to my househelp etc.
1 Million to several banks of my daily income
10 Million for my life insurance and my husband's.
2 Million to a business I want to be in.
All these because I don't have any debt.

buy a lot of things my family needs, like house, car, buy a house for my mother, 1 million dollars is a lot here in my country... so I will definitely buy a lot, invest in apartment type of business. make a time deposit for the kids.. basically I will invest on everything that would make my kids future better and easier too.

Hi friend,
I really can't imagine that i can earn that much money.If i earn i surely get heart attack by knowing that i have 1 million dollars hehehehe.........
So i can't imagine that situation too.

i would help out my family, put money away for my grandchildren to have when they get older, help friends if they needed it & put the rest in savings.

I'd travel.
First I'd go to the Netherlands to visit my family for a couple of weeks. Then I'd go to Ireland, Scotland, Wales and I'd probably visit some other European countries too.
Then I'd fly to Egypt, Peru and to where ever else I wanted.
I'd probably buy a not too expensive house somewhere.
I'd buy some good lenses for my camera.
Give some $$$ to my mum.
Buy lotsa clothes.
lol, I'm sure I can think of a lot more but I won't. :-p
