I have heard many good things about antioxidants in the fight for good health. What are the best onest to supplement? Which ones do you take? I know vitamin E is considered good by many. So is Vitamin C, but Vitamin C is so easy to find naturally.

I try to get a good daily amount of antioxidants daily. The best way to get your daily source of antioxidants is threw food, like fresh garlic, blueberry's,oats, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, pomegranates, & even dark chocolate.Sometimes it's hard to eat all these types of healthy foods daily so I like to drink the V-8 fusion drinks, they have a blueberry-pomegranate cocktail mix that taste really good and it's very healthy for you to drink. If you have a electric juicer you can juice the healthy antioxidant fruits and veggies together and drink it, I do this often as well. Vitamin wise I take 1000 mg of vitman C daily,200 mg of selenium,120 mg of acidophilus, garlic and omega-fish oil. I also take a good muti-vitamin also.Since I have been on my probiotic & antioxidant lifestyle I have been feeling so much better and have more energy. Good Luck!:)
